1. What We Offer

Career Mentor is currently in a limited testing phase. We offer early access to a small group of users to:

• Explore product features
• Provide feedback
• Help us shape the final experience

Participation is free, optional, and subject to change as the product evolves.

2. Use of Career Mentor (POC)

• Access is granted for informational and feedback purposes only.
• You will not share access or content without permission.

3. Feedback Sessions

You may be invited to participate in 1:1 product feedback sessions. These may be recorded, but only with your consent.

All feedback you provide may be used internally to improve Career Mentor.

4. No Warranties

Career Mentor is currently in a pre-release stage. The information and features provided are experimental and offered "as-is."

5. Intellectual Property

Career Mentor and all content, designs, and ideas remain the property of Uptomic. Please don't reuse or redistribute without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

This is an early-stage prototype. We make no guarantees about results, outcomes, or fitness for any specific purpose.

You use Career Mentor at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may revoke access to the product or waitlist at any time, without notice, especially in the case of misuse.
